ORIGINS AND ETYMOLOGY

Astro-English: from Astronese, the word vesperism is formed by the related words vesper and vespertine denoting “evening time” and conjoined to the suffix -ism comes to form the meaning “a belief in nightfall” which is metaphorically interpreted in order to denote a positive decision made by humanity at Twilightide.
