To complement his PhD research and to mark six months into his journey towards his doctorate, Cometan has written The Institutional Dictionary of Freedom of Religion or Belief, the third instalment in the Astronist Institution's Institutional Reference Works series following on from 2020's Concise Dictionary of Astronism and March 2021's Institutional Dictionary of Astronism.
This Dictionary of Freedom of Religion or Belief is the first major publication that Cometan has released in his specialty field of freedom of religion or belief within the broader subject area of international human rights law.
At just over 200 pages, this reference work comprises a relatively concise though authoritative collection of definitions covers all angles of freedom of religion or belief from the history of religious freedom, to recognition of religion or belief, religious freedom by country, and terms specific to the context of Cometanic freedom of religion theory.

Cometan hopes that his publication of this Institutional Dictionary of Freedom of Religion or Belief will be the first important step in his lifelong endeavours in the field of human rights law and scholarship on religious freedom. Particularly important to Cometan and the Astronist Institution itself is the promotion of Cometan's theory of recognitionism and his overall recognitionist approach to freedom of religion or belief.
